He has a degree in Variety Show Hosting from Hazelwood Hosting College but he had never landed a gig until BPN hired him for "The Pinto Variety Hour". The truth is, his degree is not worth much; BPN only hired him to boost their image since he was a local hero. Pinto is overly deferential to BPN since he believes they “saved” him from his previous job as a manager at Spensee’s Gifts in the Hazelwood Mall.
